A packed day

Busy Busy Busy

yesterday was a terrible day of rushing from place to place. Had a nice quiet morning at home, checking emails, looking for resources etc before leaving for church at 1pm to help out with anniversary stuff. Than, it was meeting, meeting, than driving test, followed by missions meeting. was so packed that i got to call for help, SOS. Gen and Candee were so kind to help with the certificates at such a last minute, what with buying paper, to bringing the printer down to sitting at the fellowship deck just printing the certs. Owe you guys big time! ( i know.. be more thickskin right? =) trying.. )

There wasnt time to decompress tiil night time. was feeling really detached by that time, so it was good time of just decompressing in the night, talking it out, reflecting on the events that happened.

Today, was FL anniversary. Thank you all who helped in one way or another. Know i roped many of you last min, like gavin who did the laminating today, bernie, who ordered the cake last min and even light it and cut it.. hhaha , you had a choice to say no, yet you didnt. these are just to name a few. Things were a little haphazard and i was a little flustered being mc. But thanks to a fantastic co-host, raveen. Thank you bro, (if you ever read this) for doing it tgt.

To my J1 gals:
Thank you for loving me and doing the photo frame! It's beautiful and I feel so proud of you guys. =) I know I said this before and I'll say it again, you gals are truly beautiful! I think i get a brief taste of what it's like to have motherly pride (gee.. sounds old, but oh well) Seeing daphane playing accoustic guitar, amanda B and regina looking so pretty as ushers ( you should ask gavin they all, i was gushing the whole day about how pretty you guys were today and how proud of you all i was) audrey for really making the effort to dress up to do ushering with rachel (i peeped into 5pm service to see you two) and jingyu and colleen!

Yes, i agree with Judy, discipleship is never easy. It's a huge committment, with lots of giving and sometimes no returns. But it's really rewarding when there are returns. and i must say, i've been blessed by you gals the past year. there are times i feel frustrated that you guys are not as forthcoming but really i see you all blossoming in your own ways. each of you have your own challenges, joys and pains in life and I know that God has an amazing plan for each of you!
