driving in the rain

While driving home yesterday night, I found myself caught in the worst downpour ever in my driving experience. My view was virtually blocked by the rain, my wiper on full speed and yet everything was kind of hazy. The only thing guiding me was my trust that God will see me through this and the backlights of the car in front of me. It was absolutely scary but on hindsight, I'm glad i got that opportunity to drive in those conditions. At least now I'm more experienced in my driving.

Human-animal cell research
According to yesterday night's news, the Bioethics Advisory Committee is currently working out guidelines to regulate such experiments, which will allow human cells to be combined with animal cells in research.

This, if permited would apparently open myrid opportunities and options in terms of research for example testing of any drug reaction to new drugs and even in harvesting human tissue for transplant.

However, this idea can be 'repulsive and immoral to some'. Other concerns present include whether such experiments can lead to half-human half -animal creations.
