The weather was really good today, so i decided to go for a swim after school and it was just great! Haven swam for a really long long time.. took a while to get the hang of it. (i.e. started slow.. )

and it was really hot! Thankfully the sun came in spurts and it was not scorching hot.
It also striked me that a lot of young children go for swimming lessons at CSC (CHinese Swimming Club) Maybe in the hopes of being the next Mark CHay? Mothers are really dedicated, they would drive them down and hang around to chat with other mothers of other young aspiring swimmers.

Haha.

Did i tell you guys I went to BODY WORLDS? yeah, last thursday at 11am, i went. Paid a discounted entrance ticket of $9.(original price:$18) Well, if you have not been into an anatomy hall before, this should be interesting. These bodies (or parts of them) are preserved using a technique known as Plastination.

with this technique, you are able to do a lot more things with the fragile parts of the body as they are now hardened.
there were cadavers with only the nervous system left attached to the skeleton, muscles left only and even one where the body was split into half, oneside showing the body with all the different parts still attached while the other side displayed only the nervous system.

A lot of exhibits for you to wow over and a more than sufficient write-up for each display for a open exhibition like this.

All in all, a good experience. so go! it has been extended.

this coming sat, is Valentines Day. So what plans do you all have? =) Hot dates? Girls night out? staying at home? hee.
i think it's overhyped; good for the stores but not good for the guys pockets.

you can show your sweetness to your friend/girlfriend/boyfriend 365 days in a year! why wait till Valentines day when all prices are really high? but i guess its the thing about everyone is celebrating and its that special day.
