The holidays are here!
a few days into my holidays and my days are packed again!
Will be going for Crusade camp next week, 8th -13th Dec. Residence is at the beautiful Prince George's Park and we all get our own rooms. I am really looking forward to camp cos there will be 500 pple there from the different tertiary institutions all gathered together in one location. There will be a time of fun and laughther and time for seriousness and studying of the Word. There's going to be a nite cafe too! hee
But because I am in the camp committee of Agape 2003 (church youth camp), i got to bring my laptop with me so that i am able to do some admin stuff during my free time. Tingni is in the same situation as me only she's preparing for her Myanmar trip which is to take place only few days after the camp!
Lots of things to do but oh well, nevermind =)
Had a second carolling practice today in church and had great fun! Some of the songs were really high and many of my friends coudnt reach. It was also hilarious singing songs like, "All i want for Christmas is my two front teeth" and singing our own version of "Santa Claus is coming to town" as well as "Song of Joy" from Beethoven's Last symphony.
Sadly, our group of 15 carollers, only has 4 guys! sigh. Hoping more will come as we activated Operation B today. (i.e. Operation Boy-Recruiting) We really do need more men! where are they!?!
Singing is not a sissy thing. Its fun! Especially Christmas carolling where there is a purpose.
You guys out there should really try it one day.
Well, the other thing that has made quite a big whoo-hah is my hair. I got it colored! and its short! hee. love the short hair, no more rubber bands, no more clips.. ! easy to wash, just more maintenance but its nice! OKay the color is drastic so when you see me, dun get a shock k.
Some did. =) they went, "Is that Grace!?!"
My Rationale.
Youre only young once. do as much as you can find out everything and try many things! As my Dad would love to say, "Carpe Diem" aka "Sieze the Day!"
Well, till next time.
