Here's some photos we took. Check out the last one, of the 4 kids having a whale of a time with their ice-cream. they looked so cute that i couldnt resist going up to the parents and asking for a photo of them.and they actually posed! check out how they are all in a different position! =)
[crap my upper arm looks so big in the first photo! this is what happens when you hit 25.. everything starts putting on. must be careful what you eat]
and today, I went down to Clayton to teach Daffy how to cook. Since I had a free day, I didnt mind it at all. We bought the raw materials and spent the whole afternoon making:
1) Herb Chicken
2) 2 small quiche + 1 (left overs)
The Herb chicken turned out really well! check it onT! It was easy to prep as well. Just chop the potatoes, carrots etc and make the herb butter. Next, 'molest' the chicken, spread the herb butter between its skin and flesh and put it in the oven for 45 mins... and ta da!
Unfortunately, the quiche didnt turn out as well as the one my mom makes. I think its cos the ingredients were not in proportion but it still tastes like the real thing!
Didnt take a photo of the quiche (in daphne's camera, waiting for her to pass it to me) but here's a photo of my herb chicken.. pro right ? =0 llaaalla .. but was really tired after that and fell asleep on the train.
P.s. the weather didnt really help.. it was 38 degrees C. bleah.
