Mouth Ulcer
A mouth ulcer or canker sore is a painful open sore inside the mouth caused by a break in the mucous membrane. The condition is also called aphthous stomatitis.

The past few days have been in agony. I have 3 mouth ulcers; one located very near my upper gums, one around the cheek area and the other underneath my tongue! The latter is the worst of them all cos everytime i move my tongue (which is perpertually all the time) it hurts. Maybe i should just brave it through and apply salt on all 3. Maybe i should take a photo of it and post it here for you all to see. Than again, nobody at home wanted to take a look at how big they were even though i offered to show them. so maybe not. Shall not gross you all out. Maybe it's all the heaty food... or the stress.. or the... hmmm...

just for information sake to all those who do not know what you are injected with each time you go for vaccination. Vaccines that you take for anything, say flu vaccination etc are the live viruses itself which are weakened or dead viruses with the anitgenic properties still present or just the antigenic component of the virus placed in another host cell. So basically you are being injected with a portion of the virus so that your body can detect it and produce antibodies against it which will be kept and detected when the REAL one attacks you.

Also, if you have a mirror near you, go stick out your tongue and have a look at it. Ever wondered what does white stuff are on your tongue? BACTERIA. You got to take your toothbrush and scrub them off. Bacteria will definitely be in your mouth, but the less you have the better. Bacteria also cuases tooth decay cos of all that sugar in your mouth. Hence the bacteria being opportunistic creatures, feed on them, producing acid in the process which corrode your teeth just like acid rain corrodes buildings. So go brush those teeth of yours!
